Dear Dr. Casalino:

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the support you provided our company by delivering very informative and well presented Wellness Workshops to our colleagues. They walked away with short and long term improvements that could be implemented immediately and applied at work or home. All participants provided wonderful feedback and are looking forward to additional workshops in the future.

I would also like to thank you for developing a great "Ergonomics Exercise" program where all our colleagues participate by exercising after each break. This has helped improve their physical flexibility and team spirit! I look forward to a continued partnership with you and your team.

Sincerely,
Dora Fino
Director, Human Resources

Dear Dr. Casalino:

I want to say thank you for the terrific presentation that you gave to our attorneys and staff on Monday, August 24, 2009. I would like to take a few moments to let you know the feedback I received from my staff:

"It was well planned and put together."
"It was very informative and not too long."
"It was interesting."
"I learned some things I had no idea about."
"It was a very good meeting."

As you mentioned, I noticed also that the staff was interested in what you were discussing and they really did enjoy the meeting. Keep us in mind for future presentations. Again, thank you so much for the time you spent with us.

Sincerely,

Dear Joe:

I wanted to drop you a note on behalf of all the staff at the Rhode Island Veterans Home for the tremendous effort that you put forth over the past year in the way of inservices to our employees. I don't know of any other practice that would extend itself to accommodate all those folks who work during the evening and night shifts and I truly believe that your effort is reflective of your attitude toward improving the health and welfare of those in your care.

This year will certainly bring new challenges. I welcome your emails, keeping us informed of your clinics. I will call you when I return from vacation on March 28th and make arrangements to have you come back to the facility for additional health education. Thanks again for all your help.

Warm Regards,
Claire Licciardi, BSN, RN

Dear Dr. Casalino,

Thank you so much for conducting the recent Lunch and Learn Workshops for employees at The Colibri Group. The first series were such a hit, you kindly agreed to provide two additional workshops to satisfy all the requests.

The feedback I received was overwhelmingly positive. Not only were the workshops informative and helpful but they were also entertaining and fun. You are a very good speaker and have a knack for engaging everyone to actively participate. I was most impressed by your genuine concern for improving our employee's health and wellness. It is not very often that an opportunity comes along to offer such a well received benefit that you generously provided at no charge. I look forward to working with you in the future and would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone.

Cheryl McConnon
HR Director
The Colibri Group

Dear Dr. Casalino and Staff,

On behalf of the employees of CORE Business Technologies I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for coming to our Company with your Corporate Wellness Program on Back Pain. Because of your persistence and upon the recommendation of a very dear friend who is a patient, I encouraged management that this would be a great opportunity for our employees. However, they needed little encouragement and thought it was a fantastic plan.

Your Workshop was extremely beneficial and informative. After all, 30 minutes to come in, have lunch, and learn all that you conveyed in that 30 minutes seemed to me to be unrealistic. You certainly proved me wrong. Our employees thoroughly enjoyed your presentation and came away with much more information than they went into the meeting with. Some are even taking advantage of your free consultation at your office.

I had no idea how many of our employees suffered from backpain until I sent a memo out asking if anyone might be interested in the Workshop. The response was overwhelming, and because of it I have asked you to return at another time so that others might be able to benefit from your experience and knowledge.

You are dedicated, caring, conscientious, and well organized. And certainly a credit to the Foundation for Wellness Professionals and our community, and CORE would like to congratulate you and your staff on your dedication to the Corporate Wellness program.

Thank you again for coming to CORE and we look forward to seeing you on December 19th.

Sincerely,

Nancy Jones,
Human Resource Manager

Dear Dr. Casalino,

On behalf of Saint Elizabeth Manor I just want to thank you for coming out to our facility and running a series of Health and Wellness Workshops. The workshops were a great success and truly enjoyed by all. Many of our staff commented on how informative the workshops were and how they were going to implement what they learned into their everyday lives. Saint Elizabeth has even ordered some office equipment so that we could provide our employees with a more ergonomic friendly work station. Your workshops were not only informative, but they were well organized and fun. Again, I just want to thank you for your time and dedication.

Thank you,

Kim Amaral

Dear Dr. Casalino,

Thank you so much for conducting the workshop on Natural Approaches to the Prevention and Treatment of Lower Back Pain. Our employees gained insight on what it takes to keep their backs healthy, how to avoid back pain and the things they can change in their lives to prevent back pain.

As you can see by the evaluations the employees truly enjoyed your presentation which was described as informative, educational, detailed, and professional and delivered with a high degree of energy.

We look forward to more useful information in our future workshops.

Very truly yours,

Dear Dr. Casalino,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for making our recent employee health fair a successful event. Our employees commented on how you and your staff were professional and personable. The employees also commented on how they had a positive experience at each of the stations that you and your staff provided.

We had a first hand opportunity to experience the way you and your staff interact with customers that invite you to provide Wellness Workshops and Health Fairs.

Thank you is such a small phrase, but has a large meaning for the excellent job you and your staff did for our employees. You helped us make this year's health fair such a wonderful success.

Dear Dr. Casalino & Staff,

Thank you very much for visiting our office and administering the Wellness Health Fair earlier this month. Our employees were very pleased with the testing, especially the blood sugar and blood cholesterol testing. Many were surprised that the results were available so quickly. They also commented on the knowledge of your staff and their desire to help and respond to any questions. It was well attended and much appreciated.

We are also beginning an Active Health Initiative through our corporate offices in which credits can be issued for participating in Lunch-N-Learn Seminars such as your office provides. We are currently reviewing the list of workshops you have provided and look forward to working with you and your organization again.

Once again, thank you.

On behalf of the residents and staff of Franklin Court Independent Living, I wish to thank you for conducting the “Feel Better Health Fair” held on April 17. The residents were very impressed by your knowledge and they gained lots of new valid information at the Fair. Participants also expressed appreciation for the free medical screenings offered by you and other healthcare professionals. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for having held a very informative and fun Workshop for the staff on “Stay Fit While You Sit”. I understand that you have a very busy schedule and many people make demands on your time. Thanks again for your generosity. Again, our heartfelt thanks and best wishes.

Dear Dr. Casalino,

Over the last six months you have worked with Igus employees to provide a better working environment. You worked with the office staff and provided them simple ergonomic solutions they could immediately implement. For our production staff, you focused on prolonged standing and repetitive issues that they could quickly apply. Last week, thanks to you and your staff, we held our very first Health Fair.

I wanted to take a moment and thank you for all your assistance. You went out of your way to talk and help our employees and it is very much appreciated. Your continued services at your office are very much cherished by some of my staff as well.

Again, thank you for raising awareness with our employees and improving their well-being.

Sincerely,

Anne Hardee

Dear Dr.’s Joseph Casalino and Brian Sullivan,

On behalf of the staff at the Providence Paychex office, please accept my sincere thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedules to visit our branch. Paychex takes a great deal of pride in its training programs, and although keeping our employees up to date on the latest changes in federal and state laws is extremely important; your visit was a nice change of pace. The presentations were informative, well-received and a lot of fun. In addition, welcoming our employees to your private office to continue on the right track with their own personal well-being is very much appreciated. I hope to work with you again in the future.

Sincerely,

Sandra L. Dzikiewicz
Core Manager, Paychex

Dear Dr. Brian Sullivan,

Thank you greatly for presenting to our staff “Stay Fit While You Sit.” As you can see from the enclosed workshop evaluation forms it was received very well here at Bradley Hospital. Our administrative staff has expressed concerns regarding posture and ergonomics in the workplace and your in-service clearly addressed this. After the workshop, the workshop’s participants gave me positive feedback and expressed appreciation for such a presentation. I look forward to scheduling a similar in-service in the Fall for our line staff that could perhaps be tailored to meet our milieu staff’s needs.

Thank you again,

Jodie Bey, RN M.Ed
Employee Health Coordinator, Bradley Hospital

Dear Dr. Sullivan,

On behalf of the Gilbane Building Company, I thank you for the opportunity to meet you and Dr. Casalino. Those employees who attended our Lunch-n-Learn session left with a better understanding on how to prevent injuries on the job and the importance of day to day good health habits. Based on the comments expressed by fellow workers, Dr. Casalino’s lecture was well received and exceptionally informative. He has developed the skill of keeping his audience engaged and interested in his presentation.

Sincerely,

Carolyn L. Profughi
Benefits Administration Supervisor, Gilbane Construction Co.

Dear Dr. Casalino,

On behalf of the entire staff of Victoria + Co, East Providence, I wish to thank you for organizing and conducting the recent Wellness Workshops and Health Fair for us.

Your lively and informative workshops were attended by every staff member and the feedback I received was nothing but positive.  The up-front work you did to learn about our  worksite and the tasks we perform here resulted in customized workshops and suggestions that could be immediately implemented by our staff.  Many have already reported relief of fatigue by following your simple recommendations and I anticipate a real reduction in fatigue and repetitive motion related medical issues going forward.

Yesterday’s Wellness Health Fair was certainly a huge success.  The staff you organized to conduct the fair was well-trained, informative and very caring.  Although our company offers a good health care plan, we worry that many of our staff members do not do enough along the lines of preventative screening.  Having these professionals on-site and so easy to approach may just have saved someone form a larger medical problem.  It’s something we’ve wanted to do for a long time and you made it easy.

Beyond the work you did for us, I want to thank you for the way you did it.  You were always well-organized, on time and prepared.  Your friendly and funny style helped staff here feel comfortable, interested and even excited about wellness.  You are, of course, an excellent speaker, but most of all you and everyone on your team showed each of our staff members a sincere and honest respect and concern.  That’s what was most noticeable to me and why I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone.

It’s been a pleasure to get to know you and the work you do.  It’s been a comfort to have you with us over the past months.  Good luck on your continued success and we will look forward to future opportunities to work with you again.

Sincerely,

Gary Roberts

To Whom It May Concern:

On September 26, 2007, Dr. Casalino visited our company to conduct an Ergonomic Workshop.  Our employees, me included, were very impressed with the workshop.  Dr. Casalino provided us with some very useful information on basic day to day ergonomics.  He holds a captive audience and all of our employees were glad they attended.  I would highly recommend setting up an Ergonomic Workshop with Dr. Casalino.

Sincerely,
